Interview Trainings Synergy Grants

ERC Interview Trainings – Preparing for the ERC Synergy Grant Interview

The National Contact Point ERC (NCP ERC) offers interview training sessions in August 2026 for applicants of the ERC Synergy Grants 2026 who have been invited to an interview.

The trainings are aimed at Synergy Grant Groups that wish to specifically prepare for their panel interview in Brussels. In each online session, two groups from different research fields will practice their interview in a realistic setting.

Two representatives from the NCP ERC will participate in each training. As the trainings are conducted without external coaching, participants are kindly asked to organize their own mock panel in advance, which should join during their session. This panel may consist of colleagues, team members, or other institutional support.

The trainings will take place online and in English, and participation is free of charge.

The interview trainings will be offered on the following dates:

  • Mon, 17 August, 13:00–15:30
  • Tue, 18 August, 10:00–12:30
  • Wed, 19 August, 13:00–15:30
  • Thu, 20 August, 10:00–12:30
  • Mon, 24 August, 13:00–15:30
  • Tue, 25 August, 10:00–12:30
  • Wed, 26 August, 13:00–15:30
  • Thu, 27 August, 10:00–12:30
