A total of 3,329 applications were submitted for the Advanced Grant Call with a submission deadline of 28 August 2025. This represents an increase of 31 percent compared to the previous year. Compared to the 2023 call for proposals, the increase is as high as 82 percent. The ERC Work Programme 2025 allocates 683 million euros for an estimated 276 Advanced Grants. The results of the review are expected by spring 2026.
